FOUR20 Acquires Bene Buds

Calgary, AB, July 30, 2021– 420 Premium Markets Ltd. (“FOUR20”) is pleased to announce that they have completed their third cannabis retail acquisition with the purchase of the single location of Bene Buds, located in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This makes the sixth location for FOUR20 in the greater Edmonton area, and the 24th operating location in Alberta.

This acquisition is further solidifying FOUR20’s position in the Alberta market, while we simultaneously work through the construction of a new store in Kitchener, Ontario.
