FOUR20 Acquires Nirvana Cannabis

Calgary, AB, October 14, 2021– 420 Premium Markets Ltd. (“FOUR20”) is pleased to announce that they have completed their fourth cannabis retail acquisition with the purchase of two locations from Nirvana Cannabis. The retail cannabis stores are both located in Alberta, one in Gasoline Alley (Penhold) and the other in Varsity Village in Lethbridge.

This brings FOUR20’s operating store count to 26, and both of these newly acquired locations will be renovated, rebranded and reopened as FOUR20 stores in the coming weeks.
